While this 1930s beach house was in an incredible location just a block away from the beach, it was outdated, dark, and too small for a very social family of five. We rethought the floor plan to create larger living space, introduced clever storage, and raised the ceiling height to ten feet. New window and door openings provide natural light and ventilation throughout the day as well as doubling the size of the kitchen and dining areas.
